Although we have managed to shield our customers from the wholesale price increases which were applied to us in April, now due to further rising costs and wholesale prices across the board, we are having to announce a price increase on some of our services. This will take effect from the 1st January 2022 and will affect the following services:
- 5% increase in fixed line rentals, mobile rentals and other fixed service charges
- 5% increase in call charges
- 3.5% increase in broadband services including ASDL, FTTC, Leased Line & EFM
- 8% increase in NEC and Toshiba Maintenance charges.
This increase will not affect any Hosted Phone systems, Phone Secure or Broadband back-up products.
