Effective from 1st November 2017 there will be changes to the O2 rest of world travel passes from O2.
The O2 rest of world travel pass is designed for trips abroad outside Europe. In 96 destinations you’ll have an allocated amount of calls, texts and data, dependant on which zone you are travelling in.
No. If you’re an existing AdaptiveComms O2 customer you’ll already have the Rest of World 24 hour Pass included in your tariff, effective from 1st November this will be capped at two passes per 24 hour period, midnight to midnight, based on UK GMT. Once two passes have been used overage rates will be charged as per our tariff guide.
-Leave your data roaming switched on
-You don’t pay for the Pass until you use 50kb data ( or make or take a call or send a text in zones 2 or 3)
-Your Rest of World Pass also works with our data-only tariffs like Mobile broadband and supports tethering to laptops or tablets while you’re abroad
note if you don’t want to use the pass turn your mobile data off and dont make calls or texts while travelling to rest of world destinations.
The amount of data and calls included in row travel pass depends on the zone of the country you are travelling to.
